You can decode one single file, or a folder (multiple files) and you get the decoded files into "decode" folder.

Now i'm trying to change variables of the program, so to be able to decode ioncubed files

You will find and the ioncube.dll inside.

But for now you can decode all the Zend coded scripts without any errors (you get exactly the original source code) i have tested on several scripts.
