Using footage shot at a live performance in August and footage of the September 7 closing night show, they included the closing festivities, which featured several original Broadway cast members of the Tony- and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical who had joined in to celebrate the farewell. Set in New York City�s gritty East Village, the revolutionary rock opera RENT tells the story of a group of bohemians struggling to live and pay their rent. �Measuring their lives in love,� these starving artists strive for success and acceptance while enduring the obstacles of poverty, illness and the AIDS epidemic. This encapsulation of  the revolutionary rock opera Rent�s closing-night performance � which uses 16 cameras to capture a picked-for-posterity  ensemble � is fast-paced, in-your-face, and full of life. In other words, it�s everything that Chris Columbus� 2005 movie wanted to be. It�s tough to pack 12 years of memories into one hour of EXTRAS, but seeing original cast members like Anthony Rapp and Jesse L. Martin join in  on �Seasons of Love� goes a long way. B+
