Free MC Boot you can transfer PS2 saves from Memory Card to your computer or the oposite.
It have alot of other tools:

Guides
What you need?
A Memory Card with minimal 4MB free(Sorry)
A PS2
A USB stick
A Blank CD
Mod Chip or Swap disc
Guide If you have mod chip or Swap disc NEW GUIDE!! EASY ONE
Extract the ulaunchelf_cd_launch.rar and write it in the blank CD.(With Nero)
Extract the FMCB_Noobie_Package.rar in your USB stick
Run the CD you wrote and the USB in the PS2 when the menu comes up press O and then go to mass:/ and run the FREE_MCBOOT.ELF . Install it and then restart your PS2 without the cd.You are ready!.

The names must be exacly the same with caps!!.
Extract the ulaunchelf_cd_launch.rar and write it in the blank CD.(With Nero)
Extract the FREE_MCBOOT_1.6.rar in your USB stick so the first think you would see when you open the USB stick is INSTALL folder and the FREE_MCBOOT.ELF.
Extract the BOOT.ELF from the uLaunchELF_v4.25.zip into the INSTALL FOLDER
Extract the ESR.ELF from the ESR beta r9a.rar into the INSTALL FOLDER
Extract the HDLOADER.ELF from the HDL_V0.8C.rar into the INSTALL FOLDER
Extract the SMS.ELF from the SMS.rar into the INSTALL FOLDER
OK now put the CD we wrote before and the USB in the PS2 when it runs go to mass:/ (usb stick) there you will find the files you extract before. Run the FREE_MCBOOT.ELF when it loads press x for normal set up (dont press the select it will format you MC) after its done press the Δ for restart and get the cd out of the PS2 and it done!!!.

For Everythink i post below you will need to do the steps above
SMS or Simple Media System
With this program u can play any mp3, wma , avi ....
When you enter the program press the menu button after that go to settings and press "Start USB support" go back in the menu and press "save settings" after that you will see your usb stick.
ULaunnchElf
With this you can browse you mem cards , cdrom , mass(usb) and even your pc's shared folders.
When it starts you can select configure and chose your settings after that you have to save CNF so the setting will load.If you want you cant change the back ground with a photo of yours
