Kaspersky Anti-Virus 7, The current line of Kaspersky products consists of Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) 7 and Kaspersky Anti-Virus (KAV) 7, released on August 1, 2007. Alpha releases of KAV 8 and KIS 8 are also currently available for testing.
Kaspersky products are widely used in Eastern Europe and Asia, but have not been strongly marketed in North America and Western Europe. However, US-based magazine PC World recently awarded Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6 the Editor's Choice in its 2007 anti-virus comparative (partnered with AV-Test.org), a move which will likely result in more widespread use in the Western Hemisphere. For example, it is now being marketed by Sam's Club in tandem with the Symantec Norton product line, which has been more popular in the USA.
The latest line of Kaspersky products is certified for Windows Vista.

BACKUP SOLUTION AFTER TRIED "ANNOYING KEY MESSAGE SOLUTION"
1. So you used the "ckis" folder and copied to destination folder and it was still unsuccessful.
Maybe you have to run as administrator. Do you have Vista?
PS. PM me if you do have Vista and I will give you the instructions
2. Try to run in Safe Mode.
To do this, reboot your computer and continuously press F8. After 10-30 seconds a prompt will emerge. Press the down arrow and locate Safe Mode. Press enter and wait for Windows to boot in Safe Mode.
Do the entire Kaspersky installation again, see if that might help. Hope that might help

3. If you are still unsuccessful go and download "Working 2008-2010 Keys!!!! "
4. Try them all. This is how some people got it to work.
5. Still no luck? Download the normal Kaspersky untouched program and use the patch provided to download there or alternatively download the trial resetter and reset after 30 days.
