I have tested the above setup files with latest definition from Kaspersky AV 2009 and no virus detected. Picture taken from my own PC

Inside the rar file you will see two folders and an instruction.txt file-
a. DTP4300303-EV folder containing the legit digitally stamped installer from DT Soft.
b. DTP4300303PRO folder containing a manual made installer DTPro4300303.exe (and therefore not digitally stamped by DT Soft ), a key file, an ext.dll file and a hosts file.
Now IGNORE the instructions in that text file and follow these following instructions to have an unexpired version of Daemon Tools Pro 4.30.0303 that doesnt expire even if you set the date forwward by say 5 years.

Follow these following instructions only, in exact sequence

1.Install the evaluation version from the "DTP4300303-EV" folder.
Select trial licence during installation.In this process do use a valid genuine
email id and activate your trial version for 20 days.
For Vista 64 Bit users,during installation be sure to UNCHECK the option for
Shell Integration during install. This will eliminate the need to use Unlocker
(which doesn't work in x64 OSes) to remove DTProShellHlp.exe in step 5.
2.Start the trial version software, and enable 2 virtual IDE drives (2 is the
maximum no of virtual IDE drives supported) and a some virtual SCSI
drives (maximum supported 32).
3.Stop the software completely including exiting the tray meny icon.
4.Copy from DTP4300303PRO folder the "hosts" file into
c:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
folder
overwriting the existing "hosts" file.
5.Go to Windows Task Manager by hitting CTRL + Alt + Del keys.
Go to Process tab and shut down "DTProShellHlp.exe" by clicking the "End Process" button. If there is no "DTProShellHlp.exe" , good then, proceed to next step.
Close Windows Task manager.
6.Set ur system time forward by 5 to 10 years. This is very important. I tried with 31/12/2019.
7.Install from DTP4300303PRO folder the software using "DTPro4300303.exe".
Select Paid licence option this time.
8.When asket for licence and mail, use the "dtproAdv-key-1.4300302" file
and write down ANY email id and ANY name you want.
9.When instalation starts you are gonoing to get one error, just click retry and everything all will go smoothly.
Vista 64 Bit Users This time, feel free to select Shell Integration during this
install configuration.
If you get an error that can not copy Engine.dll or other file copy error, make sure "DTProShellHlp.exe"or any other software is not running. If you still get file copy error, hit the ignore button and continue. Dont worry. Everything will be fine.
10.DO NOT start it immediately after installation - UNCHECK Start Daemon Tools.
11.Now copy the "ext.dll" in your soft instalation folder (\Program Files\DAEMON Tools Pro..)
12.Reboot
13.Run Daemon Tools Pro. While it is still open perform step 12 below.
14.Set back the actual time in you system.
15. Now completely shut down Daemon Tools Pro including exiting the tray meny icon.
Now you can enjoy a genuine DT PRO ADVANCED soft for ever 
Whenever a verification window pops up just click Cancel
