We have created several videos for you to download depending on what you want and need to do.
URGENT NOTICE
As many know, there are huge amounts of FAKE R4DS cartridges as they are the most popular DS Slot 1 cartridge. Here is a very quick and simple way to determine if you have a fake one or not. Just look below;
As you can see in the image, they look slightly similar but aren't completely identical. So be careful.

How to add custom cheats by Deed has been uploaded
Note: Neither of us own a M3, but they are
very similar pieces of equipment so these tutorials should still work for you

How to install Firmware:
Yes, the very beginning on your R4 or M3 adventure. Installing the firmware is completely necessary if you actually plan on using it. The latest firmware for the R4DS is 1.18. As for the M3 we aren't entirely sure, as we both have and are proud owners of the R4.

How to install Games:
Well you weren't buying an R4 or M3 just for the heck of it were you? So we made a step-by-step tutorial on installing the games. It's very simple so won't take you 2 seconds.
Oh and also, if you like any of the games you see in the list. Post here asking for it to be uploaded and I'll upload ASAP.

How to put media on to your DS:
This is how you put media, well.. music and videos, onto your R4DS system. This
should be the same for the M3.

How to install different themes:
This is what you need to download when you want to use a different theme for your R4. Bored of the regular Moonshell theme? No problem as there are 1000s of different themes you can download!!
