For both French and German audio tracks there is a two channel AAC file with a bitrate of ~226kbit/s and an ac3 5.1 file (448kbit). The reason it's split up like that is that on a DVD5 only the movie plus both AAC audio tracks or the movie plus one of the ac3 tracks fit. Additionally there are three batch files
muxaac.cmd
muxfrenchac3.cmd
muxgermanac3.cmd
that you simply need to double-click to get the desired movie+audio track.
Linux, BSD and Mac OS users need not fear: Just get the mkvtoolnix (http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/) and execute the mkvmerge command from the *.cmd files.
