The Windsor Pilates Ball Workout
The Windsor Pilates program is based on the ideas and workouts of Mari Windsor. Windsor Pilates combines exercises in a specific order and rhythm to burn fat faster and more efficiently. With the combination of the specific order also known as �dynamic sequencing� and the rhythm of Windsor Pilates, the Pilates Ball Workout is a very effective way of exercise.
