    This tool has been offically released by Microsoft trough the MSDN & TechNet for developers only but I will give it to you now. It works with SP0 (no Service Pack), SP1 and I tested it also on SP2 (final not the beta).
    It's for the x86 and the x64 edition of Windows Vista!!!
    It works only with the versions of Windows Vista shown on the second screenshot!!!
